Dendrochronology Test
If the photographs are technically suitable for measurement but the spruce produces no defensible dendrochronological match, the €65 service fee is refunded in full.
If the photographs are insufficient, we will first explain what needs to be retaken. The no-result guarantee does not apply while reasonably requested replacement images or information remain outstanding.
A statistically reliable but unexpected result—including one that does not support a label, proposed date or attribution—is a completed analytical result and is not refundable merely because it differs from the client’s expectations.
Online Identification
The €45 fee pays for professional review time. A full refund is available if we are unable to perform the service or if a duplicate or incorrect payment is confirmed. Once substantive review has begun, the service is generally non-refundable, including when the preliminary opinion differs from the client’s expectations.
Cancellations and processing
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If work has not begun, we will review the request fairly and in accordance with any mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route. Processing time, currency conversion and external provider charges may depend on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.
How to request a refund
Email aleksandr.rukin@icloud.com with your name, submission reference, payment date and reason for the request. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate and respond directly.
